    Position Details

    Project Officer

    The Project Officer is responsible for administering the compliance activities required pursuant to the Victorian Energy Upgrades program to achieve a commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The position involves extensive scheme participant interaction and the person appointed will require a combination of auditing and technical analysis skills.

    The Essential Services Commission is Victoria's independent economic regulator of essential services supplied by a range of industries. The commission's functions include:
