Position Details

In this role you will:

  • help shape and deliver a new program of work, supported by a well established cohesive team
  • apply your customer knowledge and influencing skills to bring about system wide change

The position is responsible for:

  • developing strategies and frameworks to monitor and promote water business compliance with the consumer protections regulated by the commission. A key initial task is the development and implementation of a new framework to facilitate compliance reporting by water businesses to the commission.
  • monitoring the effectiveness of the framework to ensure it continues to support the objectives of the commission. You will be part of ongoing liaison with the water industry to promote understanding of the reporting framework and our requirements.
  • promoting sector wide best practice in relation to compliance and customer support, and informing water consumers about their rights and available support.
