Job summary

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support agile delivery practices
  • Assist with managing the administrative queue and resolving issues
  • Support release activities to ensure smooth operations

Position details

The position is responsible for:

  • Providing agile delivery support by facilitating Scrum events, removing blockers, and promoting continuous improvement within the Salesforce team
  • Assisting with operational tasks such as managing the admin queue, investigating and resolving system issues, and supporting release activities
  • Contributing to reporting and data integrity to ensure compliance and informed decision-making

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months. The work location for this position is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.

The Essential Services Commission is Victoria's independent economic regulator of essential services supplied by a range of industries. The commission's functions include:

  • making regulatory decisions with respect to prescribed industries (including price determinations, licensing, customer protection and access disputes).
  • undertaking reviews and providing advice to Ministers on a range of economic and regulatory matters.
  • administering the Victorian Energy Upgrades program.
