Position details
First published in 2021, Getting to Fair - the commission's strategy to support consumers experiencing vulnerability - is due for renewal. This role will work across the commission to support the evolution of the strategy. Reporting initially to the Project Manager - Getting to Fair, the role will guide and support the delivery and communication of priority projects and actions that form the updated strategy.

The role will manage and lead the preparation of complex briefing papers and reports, while planning, implementing and coordinating Getting to Fair and other strategically aligned projects. It will design and deliver engagement activities for internal and external audiences, manage relationships with interested parties and provide advice to senior management through written and verbal briefings. The role will contribute expert knowledge and insights on consumer vulnerability, equity and fairness and undertake other duties across the commission as required.

This is a fixed term position until 30 June 2027. The work location for this position is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
