About the Role

As an experienced Administrator you will provide daily administrative support our consultants who  help ensure clients' financial and legal affairs are managed within required legislative requirements and service standards. 

Duties

  • Prepare high quality correspondence
  • Attend to telephone enquiries
  • Data entry and filing
  • Process payments
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sort & distribute mail
  • Record communications in the appropriate systems 

Role Requirements

  • Passionate about making a difference to the lives of Victoria's most vulnerable people
  • Relevant administration and customer service experience
  • Active listening skills & well-developed professional communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy including basic skill level with Microsoft Excel 

A Certificate in Business/Office Administration or associated business discipline will be highly regarded.
