If you have an understanding of compliance issues from legislative, policy, risk management, policy and strategy development, stakeholder and on-ground delivery perspectives, you are strongly encouraged to apply. An understanding of the processes and levers that apply to government, including legislative frameworks and processes is highly desirable as well as a sound understanding of sustainable forest / environmental management principles and familiarity with the management and regulatory frameworks for timber harvesting in native forests.
