The Assets Planning Officer will manage and support delivery of renewal and maintenance programs for forest visitor assets, visitor information and education programs and the associated community consultation, ensuring environmental and cultural values are appropriately protected and managed. The position will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistent, integrated and efficient delivery of State forest visitor services across the Forest, Fire and Regions Group.

If you have demonstrable knowledge and experience in engaging with regional communities in the management of land you are strongly encouraged to apply. A relevant tertiary qualification in natural resource management and/or relevant experience is desirable.

This is an ongoing position. The position location is Traralgon.
