We are one of rural Victoria’s leading providers of public health and wellbeing services across the Grampians region and beyond. Our high level facilities enable a complete suite of integrated services to be offered, backed by a committed and caring team (over 270 FTE) of highly respected medical professionals, visiting specialists, nursing, allied health and support staff.

We are currently seeking an experienced manager for the position of Finance Manager. As the leader of the Finance team, you will be responsible for the supervision and delivery of all financial functions for the health service. Other responsibilities will include the management of accurate and timely reporting, budgeting and forecasting, proactive risk management and compliance strategies, and to provide clear, concise and timely advice on new and emerging issues relating to health finance.

To be successful in this position you will have strong financial and analytical skills, be an energetic team player and the capacity to build effective relationships with senior managers across the organisation and the sub-region.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be strongly values driven, have well developed communication and interpersonal skills and easily build respectful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You have a growth mindset, value accountability of self and others and consistently model the behaviours you want to promote across the division.
