About the opportunity

Working in close partnership with aligned Branch/s Leadership team you will build strong relationships across the organisation providing valuable advice and support across a range of People and Culture matters. You will support the implementation of SRLA's people strategy through agreed projects and initiatives, in alignment with to SRLA's overarching strategic plan.

This role will build a detailed understanding of their client group/s to support the development of short term and long-term people management and culture strategies and tactics to deliver the intended business benefits.  They will refer to specialist teams within the Division. This role is expected to leverage expertise from colleagues, established centres of excellence, and ensure deliverables are met.
