About the opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, the Manager, Government Relations will be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with government stakeholders, and particularly local MPs representing communities affected by the Suburban Rail Loop project. You will give specialist advice to senior internal and external stakeholders to guide engagement and sustain positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders across local, state and federal governments. In addition, you will play a key role in briefings and the coordination of consultation forums. 

The role will actively contribute to people development issues and help enrich a positive team culture.  The successful candidate will have a reputation for effective collaboration and teamwork.
