Position Summary:

As a Manager in the Diversity, Engagement and Strategy Branch, you will be required to lead work on and prepare, within tight timeframes, high quality briefings, discussion papers, presentations, reports and other documentation related to key policy initiatives and projects. Leading a small team, this position will be required to prepare expert advice to senior management and other stakeholder and to oversee high level secretariat functions. The Manager will need to provide leadership and advice on effective internal and external stakeholder engagement, including building and maintaining effective relationships with diverse communities, service sectors, other branches within Family Safety Victoria and other Government Departments. The Manager and team will support the work of the Branch to embed an understanding and responsiveness to diverse communities across the family violence reforms.
