Position Details
About the role:
As the Financial Transactional Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective processing and management of accounts payable/receivable functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring invoices are raised, debt is collected, and payments are made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
You will ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and will be contributing to the team achieving the service excellence. In doing so you will be supported by a collaborative team as well as the Team Leader of Financial Transactional Services.
We're looking for someone with:
- High level of computer literacy, especially in Excel, data management and reporting software
- Demonstrated experience of financial transactions in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of Oracle financial system is advantageous
- Experience in processing accounts payable and receivable
- Demonstrated ability in high volume transaction processing

The position of Financial Transactional Services Officer is a part of the Finance and Information Technology Division and supports the achievement of corporate strategies by ensuring the provision of excellent customer and financial management services.
