Position Details

Program Services Coordinator – Full time, fixed-term position (12 months parental leave cover)

Salary Range: VPS4 $81,354 - $92,304 plus 9.5% superannuation

Film Victoria is seeking an experienced and driven team coordinator with highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, superior planning skills and extensive administrative experience to join our Program Services Team. Alongside the existing team coordinator this position is responsible for managing a team of program services officers and for ensuring quality and consistency in the end to end administration of Film Victoria's funding programs. The Program Services Coordinators are also required to provide sound advice on policy and governance, manage internal projects and provide hands-on assistance as required.

 

The ideal applicant will demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership/people management skills
  • A high degree of initiative and problem solving skills
  • An understanding of government
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced computer skills and database literacy
  • Extensive planning and project management skills

Experience in program development and grants administration will also be highly regarded.
