Our opportunity

Fixed Term (2.5 years)

The Program Manager – Regulatory Transformation will develop a comprehensive implementation and resourcing plan to coordinate and oversee (govern) the implementation of the VGCCC's new regulatory approach.

Key accountabilities

  • Establish an end to end full implementation and resourcing plan including overarching architecture and design approval;
  • Track, forecast and escalate project component progress, resourcing budget and capability requirements;
  • Coordinate and manage staff resources to ensure transformation projects, enterprise projects, Divisional priorities and BAU are delivered as required.

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in complex program and project management within a government, compliance or regulatory environment;
  • Proven experience in leading teams through complex regulatory transformation;
  • Proven experience in influencing stakeholders and negotiating effectively to achieve program outcomes.
