About the organisation
The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) is an independent statutory authority which regulates Victoria's gambling industry. The organisation licenses, informs and educates, monitors and enforces the gambling industry through a risk-based approach to regulation. The opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Services, this role is responsible for coordinating and providing effective and efficient administrative support services across the Division and providing comprehensive and confidential support to the Director.
Who we are looking for
As our ideal candidate you would have demonstrated knowledge and experience of the administrative requirements of an office administrator, as well as experience in preparation, management and filing of document, reports, memos, briefings, policies, and procedures. You would have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strive for service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake administrative tasks related to the Director's position including, but not limited to, the following: management of phone calls and emails; maintaining calendar appointments; follow up on outstanding issues on Director's behalf; coordinate meetings; compile agendas and minutes; document management; procurement; data entry; mass mail outs; travel arrangements and any other administrative task as required.
- Coordinate and manage all requests on behalf of the Director and the Division.
- Assist the Director in the development and management of key stakeholder relationships.
