The opportunity

Leading a team reporting to the CIO, this role is the ICT operations technical resource responsible for the delivery of technology outcomes and records management to the VGCCC.

Who we are looking for;

We are looking for a hands-on ICT Operations Manager ideally with technical expertise and experience in Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce and Oracle enterprise environments. Experience in managing security and networks and a records management function are highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage ICT Day to Day Operations including ICT operational processes and procedures.
  • Manage ICT Security function for the VGCCC including liaison with external ICT security forums.
  • Management of ICT Infrastructure, Azure, Network & Service Desk
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of IT support and administration specialists and assist in the management of individual and team performance and development utilising the VGCCC Performance Planning and Development (PDP) process and ongoing performance management strategies
  • Manage asset lifecycle and refreshment program of work
  • Manage Records Management & compliance function for the VGCCC.
