Project Officer – Infrastructure Planning & Industry Engagement

  • Salary Range 77,878 to $88,363 plus superannuation

The Grampians Central West Waste Resource and Recovery Group works with industry and Local Government on large scale waste management strategies that divert waste from landfill and recover valuable resources.

This position will make a significant contribution to developing an integrated Waste and Resource Recovery Planning Framework, linking statewide, regional, metropolitan and local level planning, and facilitating a coordinated statewide approach to infrastructure planning supported by local input and implementation.

You will play a key role in a small team that makes a big impact on improving the management and development of waste and resource recovery infrastructure.

To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified, experienced in project management, have high level engagement and influencing skills and a passion for the environment.
