ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

VicScreen is entering an exciting new chapter. We're revitalising the organisation to power up our capability behind the scenes and looking for a part time Finance and Payroll Officer to join us for the ride.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Your knowledge of accounting, statutory legislation and regulation together with an exceptional eye for detail. Your organisation and coordination skills are second to none and you are confident  juggling competing priorities. You know the importance of providing exceptional service and go beyond and above to get things done. 

  • Experience: You'll hold a relevant accounting, finance or related qualification and have worked in roles where your understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes is on show. You've worked with finance and possibly payroll systems, have no problem reconciling balance sheet accounts and a knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Tech know-how: You love working with Excel and are great with all other Microsoft applications. You know your way around business systems and are curious and motivated to keep learning more about technology that supports your work. 
  • Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for data and details  drives you to deliver quality client services – day-in, day-out
