TEAM LEADER ASSESSMENTS AND REVIEW

  • $113,156 - $132,292 + superannuation

IBAC is Victoria's anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by:

  • investigating and exposing corruption and police misconduct
  • informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented.

As a key member of the Operations Division, the Team Leader Assessments and Review will have oversight of a professional team responsible for responding to enquiries from a diverse range of areas and conducting assessments of alleged corrupt conduct or police misconduct. 

You will be able to draw on your exceptional leadership and mentoring skills in relation to complex enquiries and complaints received by the team.  Your significant experience in assessment and review practices will ensure the team meets its set service delivery targets.  Strong people and resource management will see you succeed in this role.
