IBAC is responsible for preventing, detecting and investigating serious corruption in the Victorian public sector, as well as police personnel misconduct.

The Records Management Officer role provides support to IBAC Officers in the administration of electronic and physical records management in accordance with the Public Records of Victoria (PROV) compliance requirements, and IBAC's own information management policies.

Experience in the use and administration of HP TRIM / HP Records Manager systems is essential.

The role will also be required to:

-   assist in the education awareness, training, support and documentation of records management practices.

-    have a strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
