IBAC is Victoria's anti-corruption agency responsible for preventing and exposing public sector corruption and police misconduct. We do this by:

  • investigating and exposing corruption and police misconduct
  • informing the public sector, police and the community about the risks and impacts of corruption and police misconduct, and ways in which it can be prevented.

IBAC is strengthening its capacity and is seeking a highly experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst to work within a multi-disciplinary team comprising of investigators, intelligence analysts and support officers. Reporting to the Team Leader Investigations, the Senior Intelligence Analyst will provide leadership and technical guidance to inform proactive or investigative lines of enquiry.

The Senior Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the collection, collation, evaluation and management of information across a broad range of sources and intelligence systems. As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will lead the development, planning and production of intelligence outputs that inform operational customers in a timely manner. You will also provide mentoring and advice to train and develop junior personnel.

Formal qualifications in intelligence or a related discipline are highly desirable.
