Position Details

ICT System Administrator

Applications are sought from an enthusiastic, motivated & suitably qualified ICT Systems Administrator with a minimum of three years' systems administrator experience to work in the ICT Department at Echuca Regional Health. The ICT Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, upkeep, security and operation of ERH's physical & virtual servers. Working for a large regional employer of choice, you will need to proactively identify, diagnose, document and eliminate IT infrastructure issues that prevent or have the potential to prevent delivery of IT services expected by users of a 24/7 hospital environment. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Windows server administration
  • Systems upgrades & implementations
  • Group Policy management
  • Helpdesk & user issue support
  • Application support
  • Virtual server support 

Our team requires someone who has:

  • Microsoft MCSA or MCSE or other relevant IT industry qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience as an IT Systems Administrator
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in helpdesk support
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Ability to work affectively as part of a small team and independently 

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check prior to appointment.
