Position Details

1 x IT Technical Advisor (Grade 4)

This role will be the subject matter expert, providing level 2 and 3 IT support to the organisation and supporting the team as required.

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, CRM Dynamics 2016/365 and Azure services and a strong understanding of infrastructure, SCCM, AD, DNS and DHCP.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT required and ITIL qualification highly desirable.
  • Experience managing support for IT applications in a complex ICT environment.
  • Good customer service skills in an IT role with the ability to liaise with a broad range of staff across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use your initiative to find solutions.
  • The ability to document complex systems and processes to ensure knowledge is retained and up to date.


1x Service Desk Lead (Grade 5)

This role will provide leadership and coaching for the IT service desk team, provide a specialist support to the organisation and liaise with stakeholders on the development and implementation of products.

  • Leaderships skills with the ability to coach, mentor and manage a team.
  • Good IT technical knowledge, troubleshooting advanced PC issues with hardware, software and networking.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT and ITIL required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of stakeholders and tailor your communication to various audiences
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, CRM Dynamics 2016/365 and Azure services and a strong understanding of infrastructure, SCCM, AD, DNS and DHCP
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to use your initiative to find solutions
