Position Details


A great opportunity to start, or continue to develop, your career in state government and work within a newly designed, innovative and customer focused information technology (IT) team.


1 x Service Desk Officer (Grade 2)

  • As the first point of contact for IT support, you will provide Level 1 IT Help Desk support to the organisation via telephone, email and through walk-ups.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, Microsoft CRM Dynamics 2016/365 and an understanding of infrastructure, Azure services, SCCM, AD, DNS and DHCP.
  • Good customer service skills in an IT support role with the ability to liaise with a broad range of staff across the organisation.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to use your initiative to find solutions
  • The ability to document complex systems and processes to ensure knowledge is retained and up to date.
  • A highly motivated individual that is passionate about technology and wants to apply their passion to deliver the highest level of 1st level customer centric support.


1x Senior Service Desk Officer (Grade 3)

  • Level 1 it Help Desk support and provide support for level 2 issues across the organisation.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, CRM Dynamics 2016/365 and Azure services and a knowledge of infrastructure, SCCM, AD, DNS and DHCP
  • Strong customer service skills in an IT support role with the ability to liaise with a broad range of staff across the organisation
