Position Details

ICT Support Officer

  • Full time permanent position

Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced ICT professionals with at least 3-5 years' experience to work in the ICT Department at Echuca Regional Health. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Server administration
  • Systems upgrades & implementations
  • User account management
  • Desktop management & support
  • Application support
  • Helpdesk support

Our team requires someone who has:

  • A degree in Information Technology and/or equivalent industry qualifications or experience in administering server infrastructure
  • 3-5 years' experience as an IT professional
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in helpdesk support
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small team and independently

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check prior to appointment.
