Position Details
Infrastructure Victoria is an independent statutory authority which provides expert advice, undertakes research and guides decision making on Victoria's infrastructure needs and priorities.
The Digital Communications Adviser will prepare high-quality communications materials including website content, social media campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations in support of Infrastructure Victoria's research program. The successful applicant will also manage and maintain IV's corporate website and social media channels, manage digital and design supplier relationships, provide support to the Executive Director and other team members, and coordinate logistics for webinar events.
To be successful in this role you will have strong written and design skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to develop and manage high-quality digital communications. You will also have demonstrated abilities in planning and prioritising effectively, maintaining composure under pressure, and managing competing priorities within agreed timeframes.
Several years of communications experience in the public or private sectors is preferred, as is experience in the development and maintenance of websites, graphic design, social media management, and/or project management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse and monitor digital platforms would also be highly regarded.
