Position Details

Victoria Police seek a suitably qualified professional to assist with the administration and management of our contingent labour workforce. 

As part of ongoing efforts to improve efficiency and reduce costs, Victoria Police are introducing a new Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) solution.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing business operation and support of the CWM.

Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Maintain position, supplier and other data in the CWM solution
  • Liaison with the business to establish and maintain position approval workflows
  • Liaison with suppliers and agencies to maintain the accuracy of data in the CWM
  • Management of third parties related to the CWM solution, including the solution vendor
  • Generate reports for analysis and review by senior management

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing 3rd Party Labour Engagements.
  • Experience using or managing a Vendor Management System (e.g. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Taleo or equivalent
  • Experience using support ticket tracking/incident tracking system (i.e. Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc) or equivalent
  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, public sector issues and procedures associated with engaging 3rd Party Labour in a complex environment.

Requirements and relevant information:

  • One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available.
  • VPS5 salary range $103,920 - $125,735 p.a + super + leave loading.
  • This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
  • In accordance with the Acting Chief Health Officer's Direction – COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions, you are required to be fully vaccinated (this includes a booster vaccination) and your employment with Victoria Police is subject to proof of vaccination.
