Organisational Development Specialist, Court Services Victoria
The Organisational Development Specialist is responsible for leading a range of development and performance initiatives aimed at building employee capability and fostering a culture of high performance and engagement within the Courts Group. This includes designing and implementing learning programs and facilitating bespoke team sessions.
A primary focus of this role is to manage and oversee the Corporate Training Program for CSV. This involves conducting needs analyses, working with training providers to customise programs, writing communications, and overall project management of the offer. The role may also include supervisory responsibilities.

About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

About the Role
In this role you will work closely with subject matter experts and providers to design and implement the Corporate Training Program to Courts Group employees. This includes program management, coordination, training promotion and liaising both internal and external stakeholders. These programs will be tailored to the needs of employees who work in a legal setting.
You will also conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. This will also encompass working with subject matter experts and external providers to create high quality training solutions. You will continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure the programs are offering return on investment.
There will be some opportunity to design and facilitate bespoke training (both in person and virtually) to staff.
About You
- You have proven experience in implementing and managing a corporate training calendar and/or suite of programs.
- You are an excellent communicator, with strong facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual training.
- You are familiar with best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Advanced organisational skills and ability to plan in advance will also be critical to your success in the role.
