Position Details

The 2017-18 State Budget provided significant investment in the Victorian courts and tribunals to deliver a modern, technology enabled, citizen focussed courts service. This includes the delivery of five specialist family courts, projects that invest in change across a range of the recommendations of the Family Violence Royal Commission, a new Asset Management System, investment in critical infrastructure lifecycle management and preparatory work for new law courts in Bendigo and Werribee. 

Working within the Assets and Security division, this new role provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a passion for assisting in the planning, development and delivery of major projects and initiatives that will contribute to effective statewide courts asset management. 

Reporting to the Manager, Capital Projects, the Project Manager will be responsible for providing high quality service, advice and support in the delivery of capital projects and associated infrastructure matters in a public sector context from conception to completion, within a unique and complex portfolio of public buildings across Victoria. The role will specifically focus on the capital and infrastructure program of works for family violence-related initiatives.
