Position Details

The 2017-18 State Budget provided significant investment in the Victorian courts and tribunals to deliver a modern, technology enabled, citizen focussed courts service. This includes the delivery of five specialist family courts, projects that invest in change across a range of the recommendations of the Family Violence Royal Commission, a new Asset Management System, investment in critical infrastructure lifecycle management and preparatory work for new law courts in Bendigo and Werribee.

Working within the Assets and Security division, these new roles provide an exciting opportunity for two experienced Jurisdiction Specialist Project Managers, with a committed desire to improve the experience for Victorian court users, to directly contribute to the development of the Werribee and/or Bendigo Law Courts.

Reporting to the Manager, Planning and Strategy, the Jurisdiction Specialist Project Managers will primarily be responsible for providing critical and expert jurisdictional-specific knowledge of strategic and operational requirements of metropolitan and regional headquarter courts to inform the planning phase of Werribee and/or Bendigo Law Courts developments. The role will be a key resource within the dedicated project team, with responsibilities for the management and delivery of specific project components.
