Position Details

Senior Communications Adviser

Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a public entity established by the Court Services Victoria Act 2014 to provide expert administrative support to Victoria's courts and tribunals: Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates' Court, Children's Court, Coroners Court, and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal; and to enable the Judicial College of Victoria and the Judicial Commission of Victoria to perform their functions.

This role sits within the Communications Unit of Jurisdiction Services (JS). The Unit plans and implements communication activities to support the range of CSV and JS business activities, including corporate communications, internal communications, change and project engagement, online communication, and issues management services. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Senior Communications Adviser will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies and plans for major projects, change initiatives and services, and facilitating executive planning and decision making. The position will work collaboratively across a number of initiatives in CSV, and will primarily focus on major projects of particular significance to the organisation: the development and implementation of the Case Management System (CMS) and the Security Enhancement Project (SEP).

To be considered for this exciting role, you must be a highly experienced communications professional with a track record in the development and delivery of project-based strategic communications plans and campaigns. Your exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, written and verbal communication skills will ensure your success, as will your ability to deliver in a complex, ever-changing environment.
