About the Judicial College

The Judicial College of Victoria (the College) supports the Victorian judiciary to successfully meet the unique challenges of their roles through judicial education, research, and knowledge creation and dissemination.

The College has recently embarked on a period of transformation and growth as it seeks to revolutionise the way it operates, creating more value for its stakeholders through the delivery of new educational programs, research and publications.

About the Role

Reporting to the Education Coordinator, the Program Support Officer is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of judicial education, court conferences and specialist programs. They provide a broad range of administrative and research support services to ensure College education is delivered to the highest standard.

The Program Support Officer supports education programs from conception to delivery, including attending programs that they have been involved in. There is the opportunity for some travel in this role.

The Program Support Officer is a highly motivated and organised person with knowledge of and an authentic interest in delivering education programs and events to the judiciary.

About you

You are an enthusiastic, service-oriented person with a strong work ethic, can-do attitude and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will bring ideas and energy to the team and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to deliver high quality outcomes. You have an eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease. You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
