Position Details

The Category Manager provides expert advice and specialist support across CSV to ensure consistency in approach in all procurement activities. The provision of advice may also include, but is not limited to the management of the sourcing process including responsibilities such as the development of tender and contract documentation, specifications, evaluation plans and coordination of the evaluation process.

The Category Manager will manage a complex portfolio or category, delivering end to end category management (where possible) through market analysis to identify opportunities for cost saving and operational efficiencies, and in order to leverage procurement decisions on behalf of CSV.
