Position Details

  • An exciting position within CSV core Asset Planning and Management division to support the delivery of a new key system
  • Change and Training delivery focus – VPS Grade 5 – Melbourne Location
  • Fixed term for 12 months starting in March 2019
  • Flexible working including 4 day week option (pro-rata salary)
  • Courts Service Victoria is seeking a Project, Change and Training professional to support the rollout of a new asset management system across the courts

Working within the Change Management Office, this role provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project / Change Professional to join Court Services Victoria (CSV) and contribute to the development and implementation of a key change initiative which will enhance the lifecycle asset management of court premises and assets across Victoria.

Reporting to the Manager, Change Management Office (CMO), the Change Analyst is responsible for the developing and delivering a change and training program for the rollout of a new asset management system across the courts by the Asset Planning and Management Division.

Further duties will include:

  • Develop and deliver effective change management strategies and communication to support the roll-out of the asset management system
  • Develop training material with the Asset Planning Team
  • Facilitate face to face user end system training for operational staff across CSV
  • Manage and maintain a project governance and reporting including a cross-divisional implementation committee
  • Support the Manager, Change Management Office in the continuous improvement for the division's change and project management processes and procedures
