Position Details

The Manager Leasing and Property is responsible for the overall management of the Court's leased property portfolio and facility related contracts.  The role is responsible for planning, negotiation and documentation of both leasing, facility and service contracts and works closely with all stakeholders to ensure service levels and accommodation standards and compliance are achieved. The role integrates the delivery of services to align with the functions delivered by the Infrastructure Operations & Development team and APM more broadly.  Regular engagement with the Department of Treasury and Finance's Shared Service Provider, Procurement and other Finance functions. The role will manage all relevant contract documentation via approved contract management systems and software.

This role reports directly to the Director, Infrastructure Operations and Delivery and is responsible for the ongoing management of exiting leases and well as securing new leases as required.  To successfully deliver in the role you must have great stakeholder management skills to translate Client needs to built form outcomes.  You must also have a high level of understanding about government approval processes and property transactions.
