Position Details
The Asset Systems Officer role, within the Asset Lifecycle Systems team, will collaboratively scope and deliver a range of asset systems dashboards and reports, as identified, to provide accurate and informative insights into the progress of the programs as well as risks, issues, costs, quality, schedules, and outcomes that demonstrate the value and progress of all elements of the programs, projects and services undertaken by the Built Environment. The scope considers both internal and external reporting obligations to ensure effective governance. Inputs to the reports include the Courts Asset Information Management System (CAIMS), Project database (Power App/BI) and other inputs (spreadsheets/documents) as required.
Key Selling Points:
• Preparing user requirements to support the project database project manager in the effective development of dashboards and reports in the Microsoft suite of tools, including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint and Excel
• Demonstrated experience in data visualisation techniques
• Understanding of government reporting requirements and best practise would be desirable
About you:
• A tertiary degree or professional qualification in Asset Management, Business, Commerce, Applied Science, project management or related field, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
