 Lifestyle Assistant



An exciting opportunity is available within the Planned Activity and Lifestyle Group Program.  This position involves implementation and delivery of group programs with a focus on enhancing individual goals through proactive person centred care.

 The position requires motivated, dynamic individuals with a minimum qualification Certificate III in Home and Community Care / Aged Care Cert IV Lifestyle and Leisure or a Health related discipline. Experience in dementia care, lifestyle qualification or HACC services would be advantageous, as would a current Light Rigid Drivers Licence.
