Casual Bank Positions

 

We are taking applications for our casual bank to work across the Client Services team. The Client Services team provide administration support across various areas in the Health Service including Reception, Intake, Ward Clerk and our satellite sites at Stanhope and Tongala.

 To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance relationships
  • Be competent in the Microsoft Office suite and the have ability to pick up new programs with ease
  • A proven track record in managing priorities within a busy environment
  • The flexibility to take on, where possible, more days as and when required to cover leave
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a strong team player
  • Flexibility to cover last minute shifts

Please note it is a requirement for the Ward Clerk role that you are available to work shifts across a 7 day a week roster and hours between 0800 – 2100 Mon – Fri, 0830 – 1700 Sat – Sun. You must also be available to work some public holidays.

Client Services officers must be available to work 8 hour shifts. 0830 – 1700 Mon – Fri.

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check prior to appointment
