 Service Innovation Officer

Part Time – 0.5EFT

(6 month Fixed Term Contract)

 Do you want to be a key player in bringing to fruition the Kyabram District Health Service strategic plan? Does the idea of refining current services and seeking ways to create the future service delivery models for both aged and community care programs excite you – then please consider this 0.5EFT 6 month fixed term role.

 We are seeking someone who has demonstrated skills in the research and development of service delivery models as well as a proven track record driving change and improvement projects. Previous experience in a similar role and working with Community and Aged Care funding models such as NDIS, CHSP etc. will be highly regarded.

 You will have the opportunity to be instrumental in identifying and developing new initiatives to support older individuals within our community, whilst further developing your project and service innovation skills.
