Community Services Manager

Full Time | 1.0 EFT


We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to fulfil the role of Community Services Nurse Unit Manager. This is a newly created position to lead the development and enhancement of the Community Services Team at Kyabram District Health Service.


The appointee will be a Registered Nurse, with experience in leading the development of multi-faceted, community-based services. You will need demonstrated experience in leading / managing community or aged care services, including a working knowledge of CHSP, HACC PYP, NDIS and other State and Commonwealth funded home support programs, together with experience in  management of an operational budget, meeting service targets and efficient allocation of resources that best meet the needs of our Community
