| Position Details |
Position overview:
This role monitors compliance risk in building permit levy payments and data quality. You will undertake compliance audits, analyse building and revenue data, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure legislative obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on building surveyor compliance levels.
- Follow up on outstanding levy payments and reconcile variances.
- Investigate data anomalies and implement data compliance programs.
- Process levy exemptions and refunds and provide guidance to surveyors.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in data and revenue processing, reconciliation, and providing advice to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel.
- Ability to identify trends and gaps in data and produce clear reports, graphs, and commentary.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to organise and self-manage workload in a deadline-driven environment.
