Position Details
The Victorian Government established the Labour Hire Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act).

About the role
Reporting to and working closely with the Director ICT, the ICT Operations Manager will lead, train and develop the ICT Operations team and provide operational information services, ensuring compliance and enabling business intelligence through integrated data sources.
This hands-on ICT Operations Manager role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the LHA Support, Azure and M365/SharePoint streams, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems and networks, managing technology vendors, and implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. This role ensures that LHA's networks, systems and ICT services are aligned with business objectives ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- This position has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
