The Principal Compliance Officer (PCO) will lead a small team to deliver LHA’s Compliance Program. This program focusses on high-risk industries and harms and provides for a range of compliance treatments including education; licensing action such as the imposition of conditions or refusal, suspension and cancellation of licences; and prosecution.
