Position Details

We are seeking an experienced Registration Systems Analyst who will responsible for the monitoring, analysis, quality assessment, management and presentation of data relating to building registration activity, information and outcomes.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in CRM or similar systems, data, information management and analysis and development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, and extensive experience with data and reporting tools and databases
  • Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and proactively self-manage workload in a deadline driven environment

Salary Details

Base salary in the Grade 4 range of $81,354 - $92,304 per annum (plus 9.5% super), will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience.
