Position Details

The primary purpose of the role is to optimise our in-house practitioner licensing system, e-Toolbox. The Data Compliance Advisor/ Analyst will work with VBA Management, the vendor and clients to ensure the system is working to its full potential.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a business analyst or reporting and data analysis role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to be proactive in identifying customer requirements
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Conceptual and analytical ability in making rational and sound decisions
  • Strong organisational and self-management skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, including the ability to analyse issues, draw conclusions and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Strong computing skills

Salary Details

Base salary in the Grade 4 range of $81,354 - $92,304 per annum (plus 9.5% super), will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience.
