Position Details

We are seeking a Registrations Officer who will be responsible for delivering effective practitioner registration, administration, coordinating registration applications and renewals and providing customer service to a range of internal and external stakeholders. As a Registrations Officer you will have excellent phone manner, confidence to interact with colleagues, consumers, registered building practitioners and industry staekholders.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience in the provisions of administrative and customer service support
•  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills
•  Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet business objectives
•  Proven organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
•  Well-developed computing skills.

Salary Details

Base salary in the Grade 2 range of $49,216 to $63,201 per annum (plus 9.5% super), will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience.
