We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Officer to join our Facilities & Administrative Services team for a 5 month period.

Reporting to the Manager, Facilities & Administrative Services, this position will deliver a high quality customer service experience through the performance of a frontline reception function, and will have regular contact internally with staff at all levels and with members of the Board; externally with lawyers and law practices, members of the public, regulatory bodies including tribunals and courts, government departments and agencies, and service providers. Duties include operating a telephone console, attending to enquiries, receiving and directing visitors and also carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, including some data entry and other computer based activities. This position works closely with the Administrative Officer role and will cover additional administrative related functions as required.

The successful candidate will be detailed focused, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The position will work closely with a small team of FAS colleagues, so a focus on team work is an important factor of the role.
