Position Details

 The Senior Consultant is a member of the People Services team within the People Culture & Transformation division, and reports to the Manager, People Services. The People Services team supports the Court by providing strategic, partnering and advisory services on people-related matters.

The primary focus of the Senior Consultant, People Services position is to provide a professional, timely and accurate delivery of quality, HR services to the Court. The role will provide high level HR advice and operational support to staff and management across the full suite of the People Services function aligned to operational and strategic outcomes of the Court and its staff.  

The Senior Consultant, People Services is required to develop and maintain strong relationships with staff at all levels across the Court and Court Services Victoria.
