Position Details

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to be responsible for leading and supervising a new team of CISP case managers to be based at Shepparton Magistrates' Court.  This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral member who will be responsible for a newly forming team and be heavily involved with the CISP program expanding to the Hume region.

The range of services delivered by the team includes the assessment and case management of people on bail who have a range of complex support needs. This role plays an important part in ensuring accused persons receive responsive, coordinated and integrated support services.

  • Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology or a related field
  • Extensive experience providing management and leadership to staff within a complex client environment
  • Extensive clinical experience with clients presenting with complex needs and risks
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with external stakeholders
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills and a flexible approach
