About us

The Children's Court of Victoria (CCV) has jurisdiction under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 to hear cases involving children and young people up to the age of 18 years, and in some cases up to 19 years. It has a Family Division and a Criminal Division and it sits at locations throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

About the role

The Registry Manager of the Melbourne Children's Court reports to the Operations Manager of the Children's Court and is responsible for the daily operations of the registry, including the management of staff within the registry, and ensures all legal, quasi-judicial and administrative functions are provided in accordance with the various Acts, Rules and Regulations across all relevant jurisdictions.
